About Us

Quality Control & Lab

Every production lot at Kaxite is tested before shipment. Our in-house lab checks density, tensile strength, friction behavior, and chemical resistance — and issues a material test report (MTR) with EN 10204 3.1 certification for each batch. For B2B buyers, this means the packing you receive is backed by data, not just a declaration.

What We Test

Test Purpose Reported in MTR
Density Confirms material consistency and compression behavior Yes
Tensile strength Verifies fiber and braid integrity Yes
Friction coefficient Indicates shaft wear and running performance Yes
Chemical resistance Checks compatibility with specified media and pH range Yes
Impregnation content Confirms graphite or PTFE loading Yes

Batch Traceability

Each batch is assigned a lot number at the raw fiber stage. That lot number follows the material through twisting, braiding, impregnation, testing, and packaging. If a customer needs to trace a finished packing back to its raw material, we can provide the full production and test record.

Documentation Included With Every Shipment

  • Material test report (MTR) covering composition, density, tensile strength, and impregnation content.
  • EN 10204 3.1 certificate issued per batch, not per company.
  • Certificate of origin and packing list for customs clearance.
  • Sample MTR available on request before you place a bulk order.

Need to review a sample MTR before ordering?

Tell us the product and specification. We will send a sample MTR and technical data sheet for your evaluation.
