Multiple braiding lines produce square cross-section packings from small shaft sizes up to large valve stems. Braid structure can be adjusted for density, flexibility, and abrasion resistance.
In-house twisting gives us control over yarn strength and consistency before braiding. This is critical for aramid, carbon fiber, and graphite PTFE packings where fiber integrity affects sealing performance.
Graphite, PTFE dispersion, silicone, and custom impregnations are applied in-house. Impregnation weight and curing parameters are recorded per batch for traceability.
Because braiding, impregnation, and testing are under one roof, we can trace a finished packing back to its raw fiber batch. If your specification requires a specific impregnation weight or braid density, we can adjust the line parameters and provide the test data to prove it.
